Super clean & private studio retreat.

We call our place Casita Pacifica (Peaceful Little House) as this suite is a mellow and relaxing retreat, yet in a San Diego suburb only 10-20 minutes from everything. Sadly, we no longer host peacocks, but our space is decorated in memory of their majestic energy. Our standards are high when we travel, so we created a suite that we'd love to stay in ourselves: stocked with goodies, things to do, recommendations, privacy, comfort & above all - cleanliness. WE FOLLOW CDC CLEANING GUIDELINES.

Lovely spacious upstairs studio with private entry

You’ll love our place as its spacious, quiet, private, comfortable in a residential neighborhood. The king-size bed is extremely comfortable and we have big relaxing patio chairs on our large balcony overlooking a beautiful landscaped garden. We are centrally located to most all of San Diego's attractions and close to freeways. The famous Gaslamp, Zoo, downtown and beaches are all within 13 to 20 minute drive. The kitchen is stocked with goodies, coffee and an assortment of teas.

South San Diego remodeled private home!

Welcome to our home! You will have a private dedicated space as the property is a duplex. We are 10-15 min from all the attractions of San Diego, and walking distance from 3rd Ave. which is a local hangout with restaurants and breweries among other things. We are happy to meet and offer recommendations, or you can check yourselves in and out on your own. We are committed to being great hosts, and ambassadors for short term rentals. Our neighborhood is peaceful and safe.

** 48 hours between check-ins. Thorough cleaning and sanitizing.. Four night minimum stay. Dogs ONLY are welcomed on a case by case basis. They must be house trained and are not permitted on any furniture. If you instant book, you must contact me about your pet within 24 hours. Smoking is permitted in the outside areas - patio, gazebo, yard. Easy freeway access helps any commute to downtown and area attractions. Having your own vehicle is the best way to get around..
