The house by the lake relaxing, nature & comfort"

located on the place called ''lachanau'', Pretty house, air-conditioned and comfortable. Conveniently located near the lake and the ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horse, visiting the castles of the Medoc and also: naps in the sun or half shade, pétanque and books available, children's games...what happiness! The house is fenced ( parking 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

We welcome you in a former windmill dating back to the 18th century, completely restored and located in the heart of the Medoc. It consists of 2 levels and sleeps 2. The mill is located on a wine estate, at a distance of 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grands crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.

Nice T3 house

HOURTIN Bourg House T3 completely renovated in 2020 of 65 m2 with an enclosed garden of 600m2 near shops . The house includes a living room, an equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms with sheets (maximum 5 people with baby), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. No pets allowed in this non-smoking house. I hand over the key. 30 euro cleaning fee, for who does not wish to clean.
