VILLA A MARE

Villa A Mare is in one of the most beautiful locations of Paros named Lageri, with respect to the Cycladic architecture and Greek tradition, we created Villa Mare, overlooking the blue Aegean and northern peninsula of Paros. Villa A Mare is located at an enclosed 8-acre private property by the sea, along a calm, private sandy beach. Within the land of palm trees, they share a private-parking area, a basketball court, a sun-bathing space with sunbeds, an external shower (for after beach usage), two traditional water wells and a path leading directly to the sea. The front house is 220 sq.m.; Approaching the house from the front, to its left side is a porch (with a doorway to the kitchen) which features a marble dinner table and chairs, covered by a pergola of bougainvillea flowers and a rustic barbeque place. The back part of the house (viewing the sea) includes a dinning space with a large marble table and lounge space with two large sofas. Entering the ground floor, which is a total of 180 sq.m, you find a spacious room which features the large living room and its fire-place lounge (includes a hi-fi, satellite TV & DVD player), the dinning room with its large rustic dinning table and the kitchen with its electric appliances. Further in, you end up in a specious bedroom with queen-sized beds, satellite TV, air conditiong, a closet and storage spaces. There is a separate storage room next to the bedroom and the ground floor's bathroom, which includes a toilet, a shower and a sink. The 1st floor is 40 sq.m and features a master bedroom (including air conditioning, a closet and storage spaces) with large balconies and a wide breathtaking sea-view. Next to it is the bathroom, which includes a bathtub and a toilet. The second house is divided into two separate, autonomous apartments. The base-floor apartment is 85 sq.m. and features a large room with a kitchen (including electrical-appliances such as refrigerator, cooking stoves, coffee and tea making facilities), a spacious living-room with smart TV,a double sofa-bed and two traditionally inbuilt couches with the added possibility of being transformed into two single-beds. A glassed doorway leads to its front porch, which features a seating place with sea-view. Continuing further into the house, there is a bathroom which includes a shower, a sink and a toilet. Next to it is the bedroom, which features two queen-size beds, storage-spaces and a satellite TV. The upper-floor apartment is 55 sq.m.; It features a kitchen (which includes two refrigerators, cooking stoves, coffee and tea making facilities) and a lounge with a traditionally inbuilt couch which can be transformed into a single bed. Further in is the bedroom, which features a king size bed, a smart TV, a hi-fi and storage spaces. The balcony door leads to its spacious balcony lounge, which enjoys a rich sea view. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom, which includes a shower, a water sink and a toilet.

Stay on the outskirts of a lovely fishing village in a beautifully renovated family home with sea views. Just a 2-minute walk from two pristine beaches, our villa has a large garden adn Bbq for adults and kids to enjoy. Up to 6 people can holiday on the idyllic island of Paros, close to basic amenities, fabulous beaches, and a short drive from Naousa town’s picturesque alleys, bars, restaurants and shops. The villa’s second bedroom has a separate entrance offering a large degree of independence.

A bright bedroom features a spacious bed adorned with white linens and a decorative throw. Two woven light fixtures hang above, complemented by a natural wall decoration. A sliding glass door leads to a balcony offering views, while a nearby mirror and decorative elements enhance the tranquil ambiance.

An exquisite 2 storey maisonette with large veranda and amazing proximity to the beach. Breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, picturesque Piso Livadi fishing harbour and Naxos Island. The house can host up to 6 guests and is very functional and fully equipped, offering all sorts of comforts for its guests. Very spacious, with open plan kitchen, dining table and living room on the upper floor. Lower floor featuring 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a spacious outdoors area with private garden.

A spacious studio is presented with a modern aesthetic, featuring white walls and minimalistic decor. A cozy bed is positioned alongside a secondary sleeping area, with gray and red accents. Villa Agapitos

A brand new house in the perfect location and with the best view to the sea. Literally beside the sea looking at the sunset and be able to accomodate up to 10 people absolutely comfortably and make your holidays unforgetable. In front of the house there is a beautifull bay unique for fast dive. Less than half a mile there is one of the best beaches ever... Agios (saint) Prokopios. The town and the port are about 4 minutes driving and the airport less than 2.
