The lovely 90 sqm renovated Bungalow is located on the beachfront. It´s constructed on the famous Torremolinos cliff called "La Roca", located between "La Carihuela" and "El Bajandolillo" beaches, from where the most stunning sea views of the "Costa del Sol" can be seen. It´s on a green private ground, with direct beach access via a private lift or staircase. The swimming pool has also sea views. It´s only 5 min walking distance from the center of Torremolinos and 10 min away from Malaga Airport

A spacious outdoor area is framed by trees and fenced for privacy. The lawn features areas of artificial turf and natural stones. A patio space is present, alongside a small climbing frame and a garden shed in the background, enhancing the outdoor experience.

In Pinos de Alhaurín, the Bungalow Villa Aleo solo familias with step-free access and interior offers an excellent view of the mountain. The 37 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Torrox campo, entire house in peaceful location

The property is a 16 minute (9.8 km) drive from Torrox costa which has a long stretch of beach and promenade with its night life, diverse restaurants and bars. The town of Nerja is 20 minute (14km) drive. Malaga airport is 50 minutes (66km) away by car. Ideal for walkers and bird watchers alike as the property is in the countryside there are many walking routes to be discovered. Hire car necessary. Good access less than 2 minutes from the main road.

Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakelijke reizigers. Ook voor lange termijn te huur. Torrox Costa has a long sea side promenade, packed with typical Spanish and international restaurants and shops. It is known for having the best climate of Europe.
