Beautiful cottage with a closed nature ground and view to the golf course. Only 400 meters away from the beach with jetty. The house is very light with a combined kitchen and livingroom. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and 1 extra WC. In front of the house there is a beautiful 100 m3 porch. The cottage is equipped with a satellite-TV, DVD-player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer in one. Futhermore there is an outdoor fishing cleaning space and a shed with a freezer.

Dear holiday guests! My holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of a DHH at the end of a dead end road. It is very quietly located and in a few minutes walk you are at Ratzeburger See, at the Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station in a few minutes. Very elegant /Charming cottage on the city border to Neumünster for up to 6 pers. Neumünster has a great connection to Hamburg(A7) 40 minutes, Kiel 30 minutes, or the Baltic Sea can also be reached in 40 minutes. An outlet center ,the Holstenhallen are easy to reach about 15 minutes by car. The house has two bedrooms upstairs as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Of course, there is WiFi/Netflix!!
