Enjoy the designer kitchen with all new appliances, as well as a brand new bathroom, updated bedrooms and outdoor shower. This chic 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home, which can sleep up to 5, has been designed with an eye for detail, style and relaxation. The master bedroom enjoys a queen sized bed that's perfect for 2 adults. The second bedroom can accommodate up to 3 people with a double bed for two people, and a single bed for one person. Only 80-miles from Manhattan, a 90-minute drive and close to the towns of Jamesport, Southold and Greenport, The Beach Cottage is the perfect summer escape. Stay on the property for swimming, paddle boarding, beach walks and BBQs or venture out to enjoy all the North Fork has to offer. Wine tasting at the French run winery Croteaux, lunch at the world class North Fork Table and Inn, shop at the many Organic Farms or explore the charming historic seaport village of Greenport, all short drives from the cottage. Upon request, Pets are allowed, for an extra fee of $200 per stay. Guests have access the entire property, including a private path to the beach. This stylish retreat is nestled on a private Soundfront beach at the end of a 7-acre property. Wine tasting at Croteaux, lunch at world-class North Fork Table and Inn, and the historic seaport village of Greenport are all within a short drive. The closest Jitney stop is Aquebogue or Riverhead. I am an Australian born designer that lives in NYC and has been renovating homes for the past several years. Our Flatiron loft in NYC was featured in Dwell Magazine, I designed the Upper West Side apartment for the founder & CEO of Soul Cycle, and my husband and I recently renovated our family's weekend beach house on the North Fork. Waterfront- Lake Luzerne, Lake George, Saratoga

Waterfront home with private dock on the Hudson river. Great for outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, swimming, tubing, boating or just relaxing. Lake George and Saratoga are both very close by. Our home is sure to impress with plenty of room. Rain or shine you can enjoy the waterfront on either of the enclosed porches. Enjoy the sunrise while never leaving your master suite. Beautiful indoor fireplace to warm up to on a chilly day. We have two kayaks you are welcome to enjoy.

Magical lakefront treehouse, minutes to downtown

A magical treehouse perched over its own gorge on Cayuga Lake. This place is special! There’s a giant porch wrapped around a 300-year oak tree and a lakeside tea house that can serve as an extra bedroom. There’s a dock, fire pit, room for yard games by the water, plenty of outdoor seating on the porch, by the lake, or on the dock. All of this is minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Taughannock Falls state park. It’s also a great base to explore the Finger Lakes wine region.

Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Beautiful Keuka Lake home close to Penn Yan.

Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
