This 2 bedroom apartment is centrally located between the beach front and main road all within walking distance. An open space dining room, lounge and kitchen with a small balcony off the lounge, to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and views. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower bathroom with another small balcony. The second bathroom has a bath with shower option and is situated next to the second bedroom. The building has a communal pool and on street parking. Perfect for families!

Ideally located 700m from the beach, solar heated swimming pool, outside area with bbq, table and chairs and Mobelli patio furniture, sunbeds, garden and separate deck. Sea views, wi-fi, Netflix. 5 mins walk to Camps Bay strip. Fibre optic internet. NOT affected by loadshedding.
