It is a tiny house within walking distance to all the beaches of Kisami.(Ichida Beach is the nearest 7-minute walk/11m above sea level) It is especially recommended for those who like surfing and swimming! There is also a Wi-Fi environment in the facility, so please use it for long-term stays and trips as a base for work and Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with simple cooking utensils, dishes and seasonings in a bite cooker (gas). We also offer free rental items that guests can use.Bicycles and kickboards are free of charge, so please feel free to use them during your stay. If you would like to have a BBQ, please refer to the House Rules for details. In addition, the facility is non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. Check your house rules for smoking areas. Access is 3 minutes on foot from Izukyu Shimoda Station, 10 minutes by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station, and 5 minutes by car from Izukyu Shimoda Station. Quiet 3 room apartment (living and dining area, as well as 2 bedrooms) in central Shimoda with connecting balcony overlooking the river and park. Train station, restaurants, shops, 24hr convenience store and 24 hr supermarket all within walking distance. Located near most major tourist attractions and only 1 km from the beach. Limited number of bikes are available for free. We can help organize a small kcar for 3500yen a day. Please let us know in advance. Kayaks can be rented for 3000yen a day.
