(Below is the previous description) Renovated and opened in May 2019!This is a 2LDK new system kitchen, kitchen, washstand, bath, air conditioner, wallpaper, furniture, appliances, and lighting. There is a large 50 "TV in the living room and a 40" TV in the bedroom. The entrance to the building is equipped with security cameras, there is an intercom with a monitor at the front door, a fire alarm system throughout the building, all electric power, and floor heating in the winter for the safety of children. There is also free wifi.USB outlet. Replacement work was done from the hot water tank to the hot water boiler in December 2019.There is no need to worry about hot water.

It would be appreciated if you could use it for your family, group, remote work, etc. It is also close to the subway station. You can walk straight to Susukino, Odori, and Sapporo Station.(Cheers!) Enjoy the seasonal views of Nakajima Park's four-season views from the four-purpose glass windows of your space. Extended stays encourage you. As a base, you can take a day trip to Niseko and Otaru, Lake Shikotsu, Furano, Asahikawa, and Upopoi. Susukino is also a short walk away, so you can enjoy the food.

My apartment is 3 mins walk from SHIROISHI SUBWAY station exit 7. 4 stops from ODORI subway station (about 7 mins). This room has 3 bedrooms. 2 double beds for 4 persons, 2 futons (Japanese style mat) for 2 persons. The maximum capacity is 6 persons, but I think that 3-5 persons are suitable and comfortable. We have a work room. We welcome digital nomad workers.　There is a Supermarket (open 24 hours), some restaurants, a big local park nearby. Please come to my room with your family or friends!
