We thoroughly implement infection control measures in accordance with Tokyo Metropolitan Government guidelines, such as installing a non-contact temperature & alcohol disinfection integrated machine at the entrance. The large cherry blossoms can be seen from the window of the room facing the park on the third floor, so if you come in the cherry blossom season, please enjoy it. Ideal for groups of friends, businesses, families, and more.Fully equipped and comfortable for long stays.The vibrant area is surrounded by supermarkets, cafes, drugstores, beauty salons, taverns where you can enjoy delicious drinks, pizzas and fresh fish shops.I hope you can use it by all means. Please refrain from making noise after 10pm as it will disturb the neighborhood.(Police will be notified) You can also book a few months in advance with peace of mind because you are qualified for the hotel business and there is no limit on the number of business days. There is a paid parking lot off site.There is paid parking right in front of the building, so it is very convenient.

Our hosts live on top by the front door so they are always available when needed. ❀Room environment The rooms are 39 square meters.We will give you the keys with a lockbox, so we will not hand it to you in person.You can check in anytime after 14:00.The one floor (ground floor part) is fully private from the private entrance. Semi-double bed (width 125 × depth 209 × height 78cm) × 2 We do not have a single bed (width 101 × depth 197 × height 31cm) × 2 →single beds for less than 5 people. There are plates and cooking utensils in the kitchen, but please note that there are no condiments for hygiene reasons.Please buy it at the nearby supermarket or the 100 yen shop. ❀Surroundings Convenient store, post office, bank ATM, shopping arcade are just around the corner. Coin Laundry is available nearby.

The apartment was build in 3 year ago, so everything is clean and neat, and the location is amazing only 2minutes by walk from Hatagaya station, which is 2 steps from Shinjuku station(Center of Tokyo) floor, which is a Coffee shop(I open it occasionally). The apt has an entrance only for the guests.

A 700 square foot (65㎡) house with 3 bedrooms, located just a 4 minute walk to Ikebukuro station on the Yamanote line. It is also just a 3 minute walk from the Metropolitan Hotel Airport Limousine Bus Station, so it has great access to the airport too.
