Perfect mountain lake in Åre Björnen

Central modern 4a in Åre Björnen, Bear Lodge, with ski-in/ski-out and close to grocery store (ICA ToGo), restaurant and Skistar rental. Lovely views towards the mountains and Åresjön. Balcony, sauna, underfloor heating and a fast wifi (500 Mbit/s). Parking space with engine heater and elladage (5 kr/kwh). Perfect location for the family and the active. Via the lift system you reach Åre village and cross country/bike trails. Right outside the door you also reach wonderful trails for hiking, berry picking, fishing and trail running.

Here you have ski in/ski out directly outside the door. In the evening you can light a cozy fire in our fireplace or heat yourself in the sauna. From the balcony you have view over Renfjället and Åresjön. Private parking and Wifi included. The apartment has four bedrooms with a total of 10 beds.
