In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be upgraded to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also welcome! There is also a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the lush pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Close to: Bakery in town Supermarkets - neighboring villages Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) North City - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx.16 km) Access to public transport is not very convenient, which is why travelling by car is recommended. The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Das Luxus-Appartement in der 3. Etage mit einer großen Fensterfront zum Meer, ist mit Boxspringbetten, Sitzgruppe, Esstisch und viel Schrankraum ausgestattet. Der um die Wohnung verlaufende und teilweise überdachte, riesige Eckbalkon bietet herrlichen Seeblick in Richtung Juist und das offene Meer. Das luxuriöse Bad mit Dusche/WC und ein zusätzliches WC sind top modern. Das Hallenbad (kostenlos) mit Sauna (€) im Erdgeschoss, Lift und ein Parkplatz (€) am Haus runden den Komfort ab.

Paradise with children & animals Contactless handover

You'll love the place because of the setting that's balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is fundamentally renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The eat-in kitchen + living room offers all space for cozy exchange. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations, and furry friends (pets).

Great connections to the city, the village or the sea. From our apartment, you are on the water within minutes. 10 minutes drive to the Timmeler Meer or about 40 minutes to the North Sea. For shopping excursions and sightseeing in 15 minutes in the historic old town of Leer (East Frisia). Available are two bedrooms for 2 persons each and a sofa bed for also 2 people in the living room. Also in the spacious garden,you can enjoy the holiday.

Farmhouse directly on the North Sea dog welcome

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

Holiday paradise on the dike, apartment Kiebitz

The place is close to Carolinensiel - Harlesiel in Neu Augustengroden. Take a vacation in an apartment right behind the second dike. Surrounded by a garden with quiet and protected corners, a large variety of birds and a wonderful water lily pond, you can relax. In the garden there is a small sauna house. The use of the sauna is free of charge. Cycling and hiking trails start 50 m away behind our Deichtor. Your pet is welcome.

The flat sleeps 4 people + baby and also the four-legged friend is very welcome (dog flat rate 30€). In the living/dining area there is a well-equipped kitchenette. The living area is equipped with a leather couch and flat screen TV. Attached is the shower room as well as a storage room and the parents bedroom with double bed. Via the staircase you reach the upper floor of the apartment. There are two single beds at your disposal.

Das gemütliche Ferienhaus Elliana (75 qm) bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Bis zum Ortskern von Greetsiel sind es ca. 5 Fußminuten.
