Large beautiful apartment. In the living room comfortable couch with large flat screen TV. Kitchen fully equipped, including coffee maker (Melitta solo). Nice spacious bathroom with large shower. A highlight is the very large partly covered roof terrace overlooking the Störmthaler See with the sauna, second terrace with large open space in front of the living room. Good for quiet holidays, hiking and all kinds of water sports. Ideal for family vacation. Small private beach

Welcome to the HOUSE IN the REED 1 - the cozy home on Lake Hainer. Our adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the north shore of Lake Hainer, in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. Doors open and the large and wrap-around wooden terrace becomes an outdoor extension of the inner comfort zone in apartment 3. Here you can enjoy the sun from breakfast to the evening drink at sunset without leaving the lake out of sight.

Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop wood burner, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the loft area, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and unwind in the tiny house.

Our cozy cottage SEElig is located on a 700 m² lake plot with exclusive private beach, sauna and fireplace and offers fantastic panoramic views over the Mühlfeldsee. Spread over 2 floors and with a living area of 90 m², on the ground floor you will find the first of two bedrooms, the modern bathroom with walk-in real glass shower, as well as the cozy living and dining area (including small cozy corner for our small guests) with fireplace and open kitchen.

Kick back and relax in our quiet, stylish space. In just a few steps you can reach the sandy beach, which is ideal for swimming and swimming. The apartment includes two stand-up paddles that can be used. The Goitzschesee and adjacent lakes are very well served by bike. A dream for Nature Lovers!
