Minutes from I20, this cozy cottage offers a relaxing place to rest and plenty of room to park boats, horse trailers, etc. The entire space is freshly updated and provides a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and the most wonderful tub for a nice soak! Moments after leaving the privacy of Crocker Cottage, guests can be at the Ike Hamilton Expo Center, WM Sports & Events Center, or ULM + it's a short drive to Ruston & surrounding areas. If you're looking for convenience, this is your spot!

We're 25 minutes from Natchitoches on Black Lake. We are in a secluded area of a dead end road. Enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by Spanish moss covered trees. Under the covered front porch, you'll find comfortable seating with great views of the lake. The large windows provide lake views and let in plenty of natural light. Spend the day in town shopping or enjoying a festival. Return home to relax with a meal on the grill or a glass of wine with friends around the firepit.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Renovated 100 year old Dog Trot set on the North Side of our Property. View from the front porch of a pasture, woods, lots of deer. Quiet place to relax and enjoy nature, while being close to all of Ruston's attractions.
