Our home is a new family house on the riverside of the Kemijoki, 12 km from Rovaniemi. The house is in a scenic and spacious yard. We have all modern facilities. The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.

Tällä ainutlaatuisella kohteella on aivan oma tyylinsä. Nauti upeasta merimaisemasta eri tiloista. Kalajoen kauniit hiekkarannat avautuvat aivan silmiesi alle. Kaunis sisustus ja hyvä varustetaso takaavat kotoisan tunnelman tässä upeassa rantahuvilassa. Mikäli merimaisema alkaa kyllästyttää sisäpihan parveke avaa näkymän lammen puolelle. 2 makuuhuonetta ja parvi omalla vaatehuoneella antavat hyvin tilaa 8 majoittujalle. Golfkenttä ja kaikki Hiekkasärkkien palvelut kävelymatkan päässä.
