Place under the sun :)

Our Apartment is located close to the Peroj center about 3 min walk, there you have two bakery, two markets, one pizza place and one fish restaurant who is located directly to the sea (10 m from sea) a bike rental service is also very near the center. Also in Peroj you have 3 local caffe bars and in the summer 4 beach bars with very beautiful beaches where you can get your morning caffe and enjoy the rest of your day in the sun. apartment is located close to the beach about 10 min walk by car5

This cosy apartment with a stunning sea view was fully renovated and equipped in June 2019. It can accommodate up to 4 people and features roofed balcony overlooking the sea and the islands , a garden with barbecue as well- a great place to lay back and inhale the scents and views of the Mediterranean. Free on-site parking is available for guests. Pebble beach with crystal clear sea is 300 m on foot (5 min walk). Path to the beach runs through olive groves. Very good restaurant at the beach.

Relax in this new, comfortable and nicely decorated accommodation. The apartment is located in a small building with 2 floors, built in 2021. The apartment has private free parking. Near the apartment there is a pizzeria, taverns with local food, fish restaurants, seafood, market .. The first beach is only 200m.

Charming, spacious summer family house 90 m from the sea, beaches and beautiful walking path. Ideal for families. The total size of the house is over 120 m2. The house has all the necessary equipment, fresh towels, and bed linen. A SUP and some children's toys are also available for guests. The beach is just 90 m away along a pleasant and safe road, very friendly even for smaller children. The beach is varied, with shade, sun, pebbles, rock walls, piers...

Apartment first row to the sea, in a quiet and peaceful place - Santa Marina, with access to small beach, private parking place, garden and grill. One room with double bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Near, you can find a few restaurants, supermarket, bakery and bars. You want to enjoy watching sunrise? The house is only 15 min walk to the center amd the way leading to the center is by the sea. Next to the house is also a turistic train that drives you to the city center. You will love our place because of the location, ambiance, outdoor space; neighborhood but most of all because it's only 30 m away from the beach. Also town's centar, grocery stores, restaurants and dinings are close and places for family-friendly activities. This stylish place to stay is perfect for relax. The beach is just a minute away. Places like restaurants, beach bars, water activities etc.. are on the reach of few minutes in radius. Including public bus or a supermarket. On request we can provide bikes to cruze arround or a sup board to reach the nearest islands. place is mostly calm,but still busy.
