Beautiful pad on a tranquil street and walkable neighborhood. 5-10 minute walk to the village and 2-minute walk to the cliffs overlooking the bay and sound. Water view from one bedroom, great outdoor yard - very private. Updated amenities, marble bathroom, cozy indoor living area and very comfortable beds. The rental space is private and is the entire first floor of the home. The home is a two-story duplex with a shared entrance and private locking doors to each space. Wonderful location.

Cheerful Waterfront Home - 7 bedroom

Spectacular Waterfront home panoramic views of the south shore of Long Island in the backyard. This house is perfect to relax with the whole family or friends. The house has 6 bedrooms upstairs and one on main floor. There are 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 TV’s in the house with cable. We are located approximately 30 minutes from the wineries and the Hamptons. Plenty of free parking in 4 car driveway or street. Water shoes are not necessary but encouraged on the beach as it can be rocky.

A unique little beach house on the south shore of long island with the most beautiful view. The house is located on a canal. Dock is available! **We have Paddle Boards, Surf Boards and 3- 2 person Kayaks onsite for you to use during your stay** You can get to the Great South Bay by paddling to the mouth of the canal. And you can get to Fire Island by hiring a Water Taxi to pick you up! The octagon house was built in the 1970s. It's recently been refreshed with all new beds & linens.
