Our light-flooded house is in a prime location in the port village of Zerpenschleuse 45 minutes by car north of Berlin. By public transport you can reach your destination from HB Berlin in a good hour. There is a lot to discover: hiking/ cycling in the Barnim Nature Park, in the Schorfheide Wildlife Park or in the UNESCO-protected Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. Golfing, paddling , swimming in the neighboring lakes, everything is possible. Two new bicycles are available for 10 euros / day and bicycle.

Ancient cottage in village close to Spreewald

This is a 300 year old picturesque house in the countryside with ca. 250m2. Ideal for larger groups with up to 13 people, who can cook and eat together or play pool billard in the large living room which used to be a restaurant in former times. Located close to the famous Spreewald, you can go hiking, paddeling or do bike tours. The house has 3 ancient fireplaces and no central heating, but we provide electric fans. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. 5 toilets, 2 showers.

This spacious country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, the main shopping area in West Berlin. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden... Detached small house with about 70 sqm Living space for about 3 people and about 1300 square meters of fenced garden, please make the dog owners request in advance and plan an additional 8 euros per day. Leisure activities: Flaeming skate (bike+inliner) approx. 150 km distance length, Fläming Therme, Tierpark. Train connection and city center of the house in 5 min by bike. Berlin and Potsdam about 30-40 minutes by train. Spreewald, Tropical Island for about 1.5 hours.

The holiday home in Berlin was completely revised and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of the trend architect Jürgen Krüger! 130sqm can accommodate up to 10 people on two floors. The entire house has in each living room and bedroom a separate air conditioning, WiFi & TV-Sat. We hope that we have found a cozy and warm interior style with the conversions and that for young and old what is included!

House 9 by the river, National Park Warta estuary

120 km from Berlin in the Wartamündung National Park and the bird republic you will find this house. It says on a big yard where we also live. This unique space has its own style. The house is an open gallery house. There are no enclosed rooms except for the bathroom. The house is heated by a fireplace in the cold season. The glazed terrace catches the rays of sunshine from spring to autumn and is gladly used.
