Apartment with sauna - cool and stylish, for 1-2P

Very stylish and realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 sqm of living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom made, kitchen countertop and dining bar concrete/ woodworking/ epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel technology, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space situation.

Unsere Oase der Ruhe haben wir erschaffen um euch einen stilvollen und gemütlichen Rückzugsort zu schaffen. Fühl dich also bitte wie zuhause. Das Apartment befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit gemütlichem Außenbereich im mediterranen Stil. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist gern zum Verweilen eingeladen.

Ore House in Loučná pod Klínovcem is a modern, spacious and newly built house that serves as a perfect starting point for exploring the Ore Mountains in summer or winter sports in winter. The ski slope is only 300 metres from the house and the cross-country skiing trails are not much further. In the summer months you can explore countless hiking trails, ride in the Trailpark on Klínovec or explore the abandoned villages.

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. You are in the middle of the nature, here fox and rabbit say good night. Your neighborhood is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but you are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.

Relax in this special & quiet place to stay. This apartment is our second APARTMENT, with love & freshly renovated. This apartment is south facing with a very large terrace.
