Cozy Milford Beach House

Charming beach house in lovely New England neighborhood. Walking distance to a few small little restaurants/bars and small shopping plaza. Beautiful hard wood floors throughout with carpets to make a warm inviting home. An updated on-demand hot water heater as well as a brand new washing machine updated 2021. Porch has a lovely ocean view with enough seating to eat outside or just hang out with a nice glass of vino or coffee. A few minutes from downtown Milford, train station and Gulf Beach.

SAND BY ME - Right On The Beach!

Beautiful ocean (Long Island Sound) view. House located on the beach. Step out the door and onto beach. Great patio for kicking back. Private beach directly in front, along with a nice beach 50 yards away. Open plan on first floor to just hangout and enjoy the view. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, so it sleeps 6 comfortably, but could sleep on blow-up mattress and couch on main floor, making total sleeping occupancy 8. Dining room/dining room table sits 8! Wireless internet available.
