This warm modern 4 bed 2 bathroom home is sunny, fenced, 6-7 mins drive into Wanaka central and the lake. Comfortable sheltered outdoor seating/eating areas with a Weber Q BBQ. Beds have cool fresh cotton summer linen and in winter warm, brushed cotton. Air conditioning throughout the home for winter heating and summer cooling. This home is fully set up for easy living with a bread maker, food processor, coffee machine, dishwasher. Pantry/bathroom supplies plus all linen/towels included.

Only five minutes drive from central Wanaka, Mount Gold Chalet is a bespoke private and cosy retreat. The exquisite wooden open plan studio chalet nestles in native forest high above Lake Wanaka. Views of the lake and surrounding mountains are breathtaking. The perfect place to rest and relax amidst 1.8 hectares of native forest and gardens. We had some issues with Vodafone broadband where guests didn’t have a strong signal sometimes, so we have upgraded to fast Starlink wifi 😄

So close to the lake and easy walking distance to town, Bella’s Place has great indoor / outdoor flow with amazing mountain and lake views from the balcony.
