Composed of an equipped kitchen overlooking the living room (sofa bed), a bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the third floor, without elevators, with a last staircase, a little steep, but once you arrive, you will be won over! Features a large covered terrace (30 m²), with barbecue, stovetop and large plancha. Direct access to the river, ideal for fishing. Motorized boat (2.5 hp) available upon request at the time of booking. Pets allowed. June, July and August bookings are a minimum of one week from Saturday to Saturday.
