Holidays by the lake Unden

In the middle of West Götalands unspoilt nature with its lakes and forests, near the big lake Vättern, about 5 kilometers from the village of Undenäs and far away from any through traffic, the small country village of Igelstad is located, directly on the lake Unden. The village is a small collection of scattered houses and farms, of which some are permanently inhabited, while others are used as summer cottages. Here, in a large clearing in the forest, the small farm "Nolgården" is situated. The house is a separate, well-equipped classic wooden log house, built in spruce. It was thourougly renovated in 2008. There is a private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace, Internet connection (WLAN) and satellite TV (Astra). A cozy fireplace and electric heating provide comfortable warmth. Directly from the house you can make nice walks in the unspoilt nature, pick berries and mushrooms, or walk to lake Unden, one of the clearest and most pristine lakes in Sweden. From the house to the west side of the peninsula, there is only 800 meters. Here you can have a swim or enjoy the sunset over Unden. The eastern shore can be reached in quarter of an hour via a forest path. By the shore a canoe lies ready for extensive reconnaissance trips to the beautiful deserted islands and quiet bays. But the area has much more to offer: the romantic Tiveden National Park, Lake Viken, Forsvik and the Göta canal with its locks, and the huge lake Vättern are just a few examples of interesting destinations.

Newly built house+ sauna, right by the lake

Cozy little house, 10m from the lake, 10 min outside Nora. Patio, sauna, private swimming area, jetty and row boat. Sunsets are best enjoyed in the hammock of the jetty (summer time). The main building is newly built in 2021 with new and fresh kitchen and bathroom. Wood-burning fireplace. Open, bright floor plan. Large windows and glass doors to the lake. Newly built sauna (ready to use), but the outside and gazebo are still under construction. Quiet area with proximity to forest with nice paths, including Bergslagsleden. Golf course about 3km away.

Magnificent views of Saxony in the magical Bergslagen!

Newly built cottage of 82 sqm plus 30 sqm guest house and trolley of 380 sqm in optimal west location for the most beautiful sunsets in Trollska Bergslagen at Lake Saxen. The cabin has a total of 7 beds and the guest house 6 beds, sleeps 13 in total. Fiber is available. Wood-burning sauna seating 8 persons. The cottage is also equipped with outdoor kitchen, there is a charcoal & gas grill. 2 Kayaks with life jackets are available to borrow if you want. An aluminum fishing boat is available to hire, notify the landlord of interest.

Welcome to our cottage with 5 beds. Balcony overlooking Lake Usken. The distance to Nora and Lindesberg is about 10 km and to Örebro 48 km. You will enjoy the farm's beach with your own dock with boat and furnished terrace. The cottage stands on our farm with your own secluded garden Uskavi camping a few hundred meters away at walking and boating distance with cafe, lunch restaurant and mini golf. On the property, a cat lives and horses are in paddocks around. Leave the cottage in the same condition as when you arrived.

Here you can experience the silence and take a break in life. Proximity to nature and swimming. In the house there is an electric sauna and access to spa bath outside. At our own lake you can enjoy the wood-fired sauna and swim in the lake, why not a ride on the lake with the raft in silence. Access to 2 bicycles is available, for a tour of the surroundings. No smoking indoors throughout the property, smoking outdoors allowed Winter time we charge a cost of 200 sek for occupancy of ice wake if guests want winter baths

Perfect both for the active or those who just want to enjoy the peace and quiet. 5 km from Pershyttans mountain village, less than 10 km from the picturesque wooden town of Nora with good food, antique shops and a unique urban environment. A uniqe cottage at a small farm 200 m from Hjälmaren. We try to walk as light on earth as possible. The environment is perfect for relaxing nature experiences.
