A nice one-bedroom apartment (15 sqm) with kitchenette and bathroom (shower and washing machine) located on the lake property in Lugnvik with lovely views of Storsjön lake and its own jetty. The apartment is located separately with own entrance. The furnishings with a sofa bed, small table and two chairs, household utensils and a smaller sink and fridge. Ski in ski out Björnrike and wonderful year-round!

Modern flat at fantastic location for mountain holidays all year round. The balcony has afternoon and evening sun and views of Sonfjället. Hike up the mountain or take the car to nearby excursions. The nearest grocery store is in Vemdalen village, about 10 minutes away by car. There is a sauna in the apartment. Private parking with charging post, charge at cost. Dog only according to increase. During the ski season, cleaning can be booked for, but the other time of the year, the guest must clean themselves. Best location for ski in ski out.

Great and modern apartment in ÅreBjörnen. Ski in/out

Modern ski in/out apartment in log house in Åre Björnen which is rented out to families with children and for family holidays. NB no youth or groups of friends. The apartment has great views towards Åreskutan and Åresjøen. Short distance to both the cross country ski area in Björnen, ski lifts(ski/out)and hills. Great transportation trails that take you to and from the alpine system. Please feel free to contact/send reservation request for the desired period/number. Normal rental period is min. 7 days, check-in and checkout Sunday.

Perfect mountain lake in Åre Björnen

Central modern 4a in Åre Björnen, Bear Lodge, with ski-in/ski-out and close to grocery store (ICA ToGo), restaurant and Skistar rental. Lovely views towards the mountains and Åresjön. Balcony, sauna, underfloor heating and a fast wifi (500 Mbit/s). Parking space with engine heater and elladage (5 kr/kwh). Perfect location for the family and the active. Via the lift system you reach Åre village and cross country/bike trails. Right outside the door you also reach wonderful trails for hiking, berry picking, fishing and trail running.

The apartment of 75 sqm for 6-8 guests is built in 2020 and is located on the ground floor with a deck offering sun from lunch and the entire European Championships/evening. A few minutes walking distance there are both cross country tracks in the area as well as ski rental and restaurants in the shell pass. Access to: Ski shed directly outside the entrance and parking directly adjacent to the apartment.

Nice apartment of 80 sqm on two floors in Klövsjö ski area. Two bedrooms and the bathroom on the upper level. One double bedroom and one bedroom with a bunk bed. There is also a sofa bed on the lower floor. Hall, kitchen, living room and bathroom with sauna on the lower floor. Walking distance to both cross country and ski area with restaurant and spa. During the summer months, the area offers a variety of activities such as biking, hiking, fishing and swimming.
