A spacious apartment on the ground floor awaits you. Very quiet location near S-Bahn (10 min walk). From here you can reach Stuttgart city centre, the exhibition grounds and the airport. Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in 90sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and passes seamlessly and fence-free directly into the Schönbuch nature reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos), no barrier-free entrance to the apartment possible!

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.

A small approx. 25 square meter two room apartment in Filderstadt, near the airport, is rented out about 25 square meters. The apartment has been refurbished in 2019. It has a fully equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher and microwave, as well as over a beautiful big terrace. Furthermore, a parking space for the car is available to the tenants. Pets are allowed on request. Please leave the apartment spotless.
