NO CLEANING FEE. This 1 bedroom condo at Sundune Village is one block from the beach with beautiful views of the Wright Brothers Memorial and community pool. This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, with a 5 minute walk to the beach access. We have taken great pride in remodeling this unit to include modern furnishings but still maintain a relaxed feel for the beach. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.

This is a 1 bed 1 bath guest apartment attached to our home with a private entry, private bath, private outside deck & private living space. There is a outside shower available to guests, pullout couch, free access to bikes, beach chairs, kayaks/paddle board off the dock, and parking. Our place feels secluded yet less than a mile to restaurant’s, Publix, and the beach access’s.

The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

Come and enjoy old Avon Village on a quiet one way street. The Surfstead suite offers an eclectic blend of island history, craftsmanship and comfort in one of the oldest houses on Hatteras island. There is a private deck and entrance leading into a living and dining area equipped with a Roku tv. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchenette. 1 bedroom, first-floor apt w/living space and private entrance in a modern home only 0.3 mile to bay and a 2 min drive to beach. Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills on a quiet residential street. Catch the sunset from popular Bay Drive or go for a bike or walk along the waterfront multi-use path. Owners live on top floor with two school aged kids. Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything.
