You got views from everywhere and the building got an indoor swimming pool, a steam room, 2 safe parking spaces as well as amenities like bakery, restaurant, spa, convenience supermarket. You can sit outside on both sides or there is a braai room which is covered from the wind. The building got good security.

Few things you can enjoy, Water World, mini-golf course, the Strand Golf Course, The main beach is referis regarded as one of the best swimming and surfing areas. Although shops and restaurants are conveniently next to the apartment, the area feels peaceful and secluded.
