Just a few houses away from the beach. This gorgeous and comfortable home has everything you need to kick back and relax with friends or family. Private patio off of the bedroom with views of the water, in-unit washer and dryer, desk for remote office work, and just across the street from the sand. Non-smoking, no pets please. The Condo efficiency/loaf/unit is located on the 4th floor w/walking distance to the beach!. (Does not have a beach view) it's 'One Open Concept' condo, but roomy, well designed, comfortable, bright, with a nice little balcony. The unit has a complete kitchen, diner table for 4, kitchen appliances, bbq & basic utensils, AC, tile, and other amenities. The building has a very easily accessible elevator & Karts to carry ur stuff.
