Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

The Bumbles Cabin on the Lake

Our beautiful cosy cabin has been recently built to enable our guests to enjoy our stunning lake and relaxing surroundings. It is totally private and the perfect place to relax. If you would like to fish, the lake is fully stocked with fantastic fish up to 35kg, fishing costs 12€ per 24hrs and equipment is available to hire for 12€ as well if required. A BBQ, firepit, sun loungers, and a spa pool (June-September) ensure that your stay will be idyllic in this picturesque setting.

Lakeside cabin with space for 1-4 people. This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

Le Moulin de la Forge: loft between woods and river

In the heart of the Pergord Limousin regional natural park, 30 min from Limoges: at the exit of the village, past the stone bridge, the Alley of Old Trees welcomes you in a green bath. The wooded land on 6 ha is loved in a meander of the small river, the Gorre. The mill camp along the bief; a bamboo garden softened the north flan while to the south, the terrace of the cottage overlooks the edge of the wood. The facade mirrors the old residential house and the crumbling barn.

Op een magische plek in het groene hart van Frankrijk staat deze onder architectuur gebouwde villa in een pittoreske vallei aan de rand van de rivier met veel privacy. Het huis is geschikt voor 6 personen. 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 'bedstee' met ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijke zithoek met houtkachel en een moderne uitgeruste keuken. Comfortable cabin amongst the trees. Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the hut, is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery, supermarkets, frozen food chain...) and 3 minutes from the heart of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). It is also 10 minutes from the memory center of Oradour Sur Glane and 20 minutes from Limoges, city of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.

new studio of 20 m2 equipped with an equipped kitchenette (basic coffee maker with washable filter), all enlarged with a small veranda of 6 m2 and 40 m2 of furnished terrace ( tables, chairs) overlooking a landscaped garden. Sleeping for 2 adults. Linens, towels, towels, tea towels, cleaning supplies provided. the village has a train station (Limoges/Périgueux axis) located a few minutes walk from the cottage. I can pick you up by car.

My little house is located 20 minutes from Limoges and 5 minutes from Nexon.(20 minutes from the A20 highway) Lots of charm for this large living room with fireplace, (paid wood) dining room with well-equipped kitchenette ( fridge, microwave oven, electric oven and two gas fires) open to the garden. Bathroom with toilet and window. Mezzanine room with baby bed,on request. Sofa convertible into a 120 single bed TV and internet access.

Stone house in the countryside located in the Périgord Vert located 5 minutes from a body of water with all activities for the family. 30 minutes from Limoges, 40 mins from Périgueux near Nontron, Brantôme and Saint Yrieix La Perche.
