The accommodation measures 15 square meters, plus the mezzanine bed, is entirely renovated and contains everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay.

Welcome to a little piece of heaven in the very heart of Paris. After years of living in the city of light, my husband Matteo and I found our dream home in the Parisian 5th arrondissement, within a late-19th-century haussmanian building in perfect state. We are renting a typical Parisian studio or "Chambre de bonne", just above our apartment but with an indepent entrance. We have an unbeatable location that connects you to all main sights yet still feels local and authentic.

Located in a very quiet residential area, you will have all the amenities of the city center with its shops and RER station located just 6/8mn walk away. From the train station, it's very easy to get to Paris Champs-Elysées (17mn). Total independence to make your home away from home. A TV with standard channels has been installed.

La maisonette

Close to the A15, the commercial area of the Herblay crow'sfeet and the wood of the ebb ( less than 5 minutes on foot). A bus stop in front of the house can reach the station in 10 minutes. Then 30 minutes from Porte Maillot with line C of the RER and 28 minutes from Gare du Nord with line H of the TER. Our 28m2 studio is located in the garden of our house, it is possible to park in front of the house on a private location.

Studio La Défense in the heart of a large garden

Charming studette of 18m2, dependency of a very quiet house at the bottom of a large sunny garden with glory, 5 minutes from the district of La Défense (Metro line 1, RER A, tram T2, Bus). Inside the accommodation you will find all amenities : Wi-Fi, Television, Microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker with tea, coffee, herbal teas available. Breakfast basket (pastries, baguette, jams etc...) on request and extra charge.

Small house of 26 m2, comfortable, completely renovated, in our garden, with autonomy and privacy assured, 10 minutes from the Chateau de Vincennes metro line 1, crossing Paris and accessing all tourist curiosities. Very close to the woods and all amenities of Vincennes, very pleasant common to discover on foot, in addition to Paris.
