The 2 bd house (#141214) is located in walking distance to Capitola Village ( 8 min walk) which has a fab beach and a large selection restaurants and shops. Pleasure Point is also close with 38th Ave Surf Sanctuary, Privates beach, Verve Coffee, Bike Paths and numerous restaurants. The hosts are available for any questions or issues. They live in the cottage on the back part of the property and there is a charming privacy fence. They are very diligent to make sure your privacy is respected.

You really are at the beach! Very short flat walk to the sand, no steep hills or long stairs to the beach. Restaurants,coffeeshops market and yummy Pixie's Deli,restrooms at the beach. We welcome everyone including pets. You have the entire upstairs to yourself. House has a beachy/nautical feel with cozy electric fireplaces in the livingroom and bedroom for chilly nights.
