Riverside Dream Apartment

Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Located directly at the Arctic Circle with access to the water (Kemijoki), you live in the annex of the main house in a 1 room apartment (23 m²) with its own bathroom. The apartment is 12 minutes drive from the airport and 7 minutes from the center. In the summer you can refresh yourself with a dip in the river Kemijoki. A golf course is nearby. In winter, cross-country ski trail and downhill are only a few minutes away on foot. The outdoor sauna directly on the river can be used for a fee.

Halutessasi voin opastaa kuinka käytät puulämmitteistä saunaa ja takkaa. Mökin keittiö ja ruokailutila on hyvin varusteltu.

Our peaceful remote cabin offers you everyhting you might need to let go off your stress and experince the best in Lapland. Beautiful views, traditional sauna experience, and sitting by the bonfire is included in the price. Good spot to see the northern lights. Summertime is also full of activities, rowning around an island, fishing (lots of pike), berries, nightless nights etc. We are located 25 km from the center of Rovaniemi, in the most amazing spot you can find in the area.

There is 4 supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria eg. in walking distance (700 meters) Airport is 7,6 km away. Santa Claus 7 km. Apartment is 86 m2 and there is two separate bedrooms. One with double bed (160x200cm) and one with fold out sofa for one adult or two children. Fully equipped modern kitchen and living room are combined together. The apartment has a sauna.

Relax with the whole family in a peaceful Villa. Sleeps 8, one on the floor level and one baby bed. You are almost downtown, but nature is present. The restrained interior creates a peaceful ambiance. As the lake freezes, you can go and enjoy the wonders of winter from your own yard to the ice, walking or skiing and down the hill. On the scenic Kemijoki shoreline from Rovaniemi, about an hour drive, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. 75 m2 cottage with all amenities, two bedrooms, kitchen-living room, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. Near the cottage there is a (approx. 700 m) beach. Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking, hunting and camping. There is a boat landing point about 1.2 km away.
