Beautiful Riverside Gite Close To Montignac

This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom gite sleeps up to 6 people and is located on the edge of a quiet village close to both St Leon sur Vezere and Montignac. Built over 200 years ago on the banks of the Vezere river, this traditional stone gite is set in a beautiful parkland garden which it shares with another gite. Whilst it's tranquil location is perfect for ensuring a relaxing holiday, it is close to all the main attractions offered in both the Vezere and Dordogne valleys, and surrounding areas.

Quaint stone cottage in Village

Delightful newly renovated cottage with cozy wood burning stove. In the heart of stunning medieval village, Quiet location but short walk to the butcher, restaurant and tabac/bar. 5 mins drive to Montignac and the Lascaux caves and beautiful villages of thé Dordogne valley. Canoeing easily accessible. Review from Allison: Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful house, everything you need for your stay. Lovely area with plenty to do and see. Best value and nicest place we have stayed.

Élégant et authentique Gîte très spacieux, climatisé avec deux chambres à l’étage. Poêle à bois dans séjour, et chauffage central. Escalier majestueux avec ses murs de tableaux. Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle des bains et WC séparé. WC également au Rez de Chaussée. Magnifique décoration comprenant vitraux et mobilier de qualité. Ideally located in the heart of the Black Périgord famous for its castles, archaeological sites, and gastronomy. A warm welcome awaits you. In winter, it costs 10€ per day for heating.

With bathing facilities on the river La Dronne lies Le Petit Garcon a charming holiday home. 1.5 hour drive to the Atlantic coast. Excellent wineyards in Pomerol and St Emilion on a 30 min drive. Hiking, golf, tennis, horse riding and cycling. 2 major bathing areas at the bicycle distance from the house. 2 minute walk to the local bakery and restaurants. The house offers a nice garden, several nice patios. Perfect for a family/group of 7-9.
