Newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a gourmet area with a large pool and heated Jacuzzi, barbecue area, freezer, marble table, industrial stove, among others. For relaxation there is a large balcony with spectacular views of the Furnas dam. Ideal for those who want peace and quiet and/or party! Great location: 7 km from the city of Pimenta, 20 km from Santo Hilário and about 45 km from Capitolio

Large new house with well situated heated pool

House with three bedrooms, being a suite with two showers, two simple bedrooms, a social bathroom, covered garage for two cars plus two open spaces, wi-fi, sky, large balcony, large gourmet area with barbecue, toilet, heated pool, tv, beer maker,good location, little neighborhood. There is a waterfall in the street continuation, a great place to walk in the middle of nature. Situated near the city center of Piumhi which is between Lake Furnas and Serra da Canastra.

My place is near Piumhi(10 Km), Capitolio(30 Km), Lago de Furnas and Serra da Canastra . You'll love my place because you can enjoy the tranquility of a cozy place with beautiful scenery. Enjoy the pool or creek, which is 100m from the house. Enjoy a large kitchen with a wood-burning stove and barbecue. Contemplating, from the deck, an extensive forest of environmental preservation. My space is good for couples, families (with kids), furry friends (pets).

The Recanto das Garças Condominium is located on the banks of the Furnas dam and has a large leisure area, with a swimming pool, barbecue area, soccer field, billiards, as well as a full kitchen, including two industrial stoves, various utensils, freezer, ice machine, among others. The Condominium has 8 chalets, each with 3 bedrooms, private bathrooms and a balcony. There's also ample space for parking. A very nice place, perfect fit and groups of friends.
