Completely remodeled cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath on HUGE corner lot with plenty of parking and room for boat and trailer. Located within one block from the beautiful Homosassa river as well as restaurants, bars and shopping. Manatee tours, fishing and scallop guides, boat rentals and more are within walking distance, as well as golf cart rentals at Florida Cracker Resort and Two Pops Sandwich Shop to ride anywhere in Old Homosassa. This is the perfect basecamp location for scalloping, swimming with the manatees or just chilling on the river. Guests have access to entire house as well as a lockable shed in carport. We are available anytime by phone, text or email. Access to house will be given via codes prior to check in. Located in the HEART of Old Homosassa in a residential neighborhood. 1 block away from free public boat ramp and gas. Walking distance to multiple food/ gas / bars/ shopping. Golf cart rentals available at Florida Cracker Resort and Two Pops Sandwich Shop. Must be 25 or older to rent. No smoking with exception of designated smoking area located at picnic table outside. Home is on a quiet cul-de-sac; no neighbors behind. Private lanai from the Florida room. Tile and granite countertops throughout; Stainless steel appliances; sleeper sofa in the LR. 4 person gas golf cart also included. Sorry, hot tub not included. Dog friendly! You are close to KP Hole Park where you can rent paddle boards canoes or tubes. Take the golf cart and ride to our home from the river park! Two kayaks and paddle boards incl Super convenient, nice kitchen, new appliances, Washer and dryer on site. Perfect weekend getaway or stay longer!

Remodeled Water Front Property with beautiful furnishings. There are two bedrooms, two baths, and a large lanai overlooking the canal. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. Pet must be approved before check-in.

Peaceful, pet-free 4/3 family getaway or work retreat on the a quiet part of the Rainbow River. Nestled in nature but minutes from restaurants, grocery and antique stores. Relax on the dock, expansive deck, screened porches or around a camp fire. Abundant outdoor activities including tubing, paddling, fishing, snorkeling, biking, etc. Pls note, 10 people max. Mermaid Life, Sleeps 6 W/ Gulf Access and 6 kayaks

Do you want to kayak and explore, if so, this is the house for you. You can kayak Mud River, Little Salt Creek Spring, and the Weeki Wachee River. Have the best of all worlds. There's so much to see here with the manatees and dolphins swimming by or the eagles and other wildlife flying above your head. This is old Florida at its best. Kayak the Weeki Wachee River and come back to the house for a quiet night around the fire pit playing a game of corn hole.

Our Cottage is the perfect retreat giving you a peaceful feeling in a nature's paradise. We are an animal free property due to owner and their families severe allergies. This cottage is just 5 minutes from enjoying all that is by land or sea. We are not on the water but we have space for you to park your boat and trailer on the property. We are close to everything. Upon arrival read the local information guide I have written and start enjoying the “Nature Coast” of Florida. It is essential to read this to get the most from your trip. Use my kayaks and paddle over the manatees in Crystal River, fish the gulf for saltwater or freshwater fishing at Lake Rousseau, and take a leisurely paddle down the Rainbow River in Dunnellon. Kayaks are on a trailer that has a 1 7/8-inch ball.

A-Frame modern home located on hundreds of acres of protected wetlands privately accessed via the 250’ boardwalk from the house. Private dock on the Withlacoochee River backwaters access Rainbow River and Lake Rousseau from house by boat. Community boat ramp 3 doors down. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths each has it’s own walk out deck. Hot tub on lower deck. No pets. Leave no trace!
