This adorable little bungalow is hidden away in one of Downtown Sarasota's oldest historical neighborhoods and only a couple miles from Sarasota Bay and surrounding beaches. Beautiful Lido Beach is only five miles west, Siesta Key is seven miles southwest, with Benderson Park being only seven miles east. Adorable studio close to Siesta beach!

Come stay in this private studio with its own fenced in patio in the back! Has shared washer and dryer. New Queen bed ,pullout couch (twin). gas grill,toaster oven/airfryer, microwave , hot plate for cooking and full fridge plus ac unit. Rainfall showerhead and river stones on shower floor. beach chairs ,towels available. Off street parking in driveway. The famous, huge fresh market " Detweilers" is only 1.5 miles away

Adorable Attached Guest Suite !

Centrally located in Sarasota. About 6 miles from Siesta Key Beach and the downtown area, 10 minutes away from I-75, and about 15-20 minutes away from the airport and University Parkway. This unit is attached to the main house with a private entrance. A designated concrete parking space is located in the front yard. The neighborhood is family friendly and very safe.
