Warm studio of 30m2 with large terrace (16m2) located in a family residence by the sea. The studio is composed of an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a mezzanine with a double bed, and a click on the ground floor. The terrace is ideally exposed and equipped with awning + umbrella so you can enjoy it serenely. The beach is located 100 meters from the accommodation, you have to cross the pine forest in which you can play pétanque if you wish!

Exceptional site, Corsican apartment, sea pool

Our children call our apartment "le Joyau". It is an exceptional place, with full sea views, not overlooked, in a quiet and clean residence, close to shops, doctor and pharmacy included. The pool has great views of the Gulf of Liscia. The private garden is an extraordinary asset for meals, or resting in sun loungers facing the sea. It's 30 minutes from Ajaccio, so close to the airport. Sports activities on the beach are plentiful.
