Independent house of Gran taman ǐ o located in the Sierra de Béjar, 20 minutes from the ski slope of La Covatilla, 15 minutes from the La Cerrallana golf course and 10 minutes from the Balneario de Banǐos de Montemayor. It is ideal for hiking on a multitude of roads in the area (perfectly altised), including the new green path of La Ruta de la Plata. In a radius of 20 minutes by car you can enjoy beautiful populations such as: Herva´s, Candelario, Montemayor del Rio, etc. It has six bedrooms, all with full bathroom; three with double beds and another three with two single beds and another three with two single beds, which can be added four extra beds for children and two travel cribs. It has eight ban ǐ os, kitchen with office, dining room and living area. There are different outdoor recreation areas: chillout, outdoor porch, private patio with living area, as well as 800 meters of plot with shipping. About a 10-minute walk, and for the exclusive use of the eggs, you can also enjoy a pool with a garden, blocks with 10 boxes and a romantic track for the practice of horseback riding. Note: According to Decree 3/2017 of February 16, which regulates accommodation establishments for tourist use in the Community of Castilla Leon, this house will never be rented for a period greater than 30 days in total over a year complying with the definition of habituation of said decree.
