Mini with an ocean view and an enclosed condominium

Mini apartment in Malecón with a direct sea view. It is located within a residential private condominium and 4 blocks from the Municipal Park. You will be able to take exceptional photos of the sunsets and enjoy a wonderful view. The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor with independent access, it has 01 room with ocean views, full bathroom, a living area and spacious terrace with ocean views. The Mini does not have a kitchen but does have an area with a minibar, microwave and electric kettle.

Beautiful loft apartment facing the ocean

Beautiful mini apartment, like loft, facing the sea as in a southern resort, but in the city. It is in Chorrillos (border with Barranco) with all the comforts on the first floor. Everything is in one room except the small kitchen and the bathroom. Large window and high dining room to enjoy the view. You can walk along the boardwalk (malecón) at any time, we have 24/7 security and leave your car in the public parking lot that we have inside the urbanization calmly. Power wify.

Lovely Loft with Terrace in Barranco Neighborhood

Barranco, a unique tower with sea and park view

This apartment was one of the main reasons we stayed in Lima. It has the best view of the coastline and although it is in the heart of Barranco, you feel peace and can hear the sea at night. It's a unique 4-floor tower from the '70s, completely remodeled. It keeps Barranco's charm but has all you need to for a comfortable stay. Lots of light, amazing views, and an unbeatable location. You can walk to most of your must-see list or take a 15 min taxi.

Enjoy the design of this totally independent, bright, quiet and central accommodation. We came walking and enjoying Barranco (and Lima) 30 years ago and have created this space with all our love. A space designed in viajer@s curios@s that value the rest after an immersion in a city like Lima and rest to wake up with the birdsong. We are located a few meters from a gastronomic hub (Central, Merit, etc.), cafes, designer shops and museums.

Keep it simple at this peaceful studio and centrally-located place. This studio is located a few meters from the Malecon with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, with parks, bike paths and a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy. Beautiful apartment near the sea -

Modern and cozy apartment with air conditioning, two rooms and equipped kitchen. Green area on the ground floor, swimming pool, gym, laundry. Great location, two blocks from the sea. You can go to the beach by walking along the Bridge of Sighs. Quiet area but, at the same time, close to bars, restaurants and good music.
