"Casa Bella" is a beachfront house w/ all the amenities for a great stay It has a PRIME location! It is right in front of the beach (in the residencial area - more private and clean) & only a few mins away from the town. AC, hot water, cable tv, wifi & an electric generator in case the electricity goes down in San J. There is also a maid, a guard and a handy man at your service. It is fun! it has a pool with beautiful beach views! This house is only available on Airbnb and VRBO.

Location, space, views. Beautiful mediterranean style house overlooking the bay and town. A short 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and bars, yet it feels like a private oasis. Gorgeous sunset views. Potential noise coming from town beach parties. CCTV security, and backup power. You get exclusive use of the house. NO access to the stairway leading to the upper level (it remains locked and unused during rental). 6+ groups please check our Mediterranean villa listing option.
