Contemporary house, exceptional and unique view of the sea and the islands of Port Blanc, as well as the 7 islands off Perros Guirec. Located near the small port of Bugueles, a few minutes walk from the first beaches and 2.5km from the town of Penvenan, with all its shops, market and supermarket. Recent house of 71 m2, bright, located halfway between the market town and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room - kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (farm path), the house is out of the road and without any overlook. You get a view of the surrounding cultures and a small sea view.
