Cozy Garden Studio

A tranquil hideaway with solar power and loads of books, set in a small, lush garden. The studio has a bedroom with a TV to stream Netflix and DStv, a workstation with a large desk and office chair, and a tiny en-suite bathroom with a shower. It has a private entrance and bistro table and chairs overlooking the pool. There isn’t a kitchen, but a fridge, microwave, egg boiler, toaster, coffee plunger, kitchen essentials, and some basic breakfast goodies are provided. Our two dogs are co-hosts!

Bright, sunny , large double bedroom with sitting area and en suite bathroom & shower. ( No bath) TV has Netflix & you tube. Separate kitchen with dining table, fridge/ freezer, microwave, induction hot plate, kettle and toaster . (No oven) a one plate gas stove . Close to shopping center's and restaurants.

Welcome to 17 on Severn-A comfortable and quiet space for you to relax in and have a very good nights sleep. We are close to Constantiaberg Medi Clinic and Melomed Clinic. Meadowridge and Constantia Shopping Centres are close by. Also in easy access are restaurants churches, gyms, running trails and beaches. Secure parking for average size vehicle behind automated gate.Unfortunately no pets allowed as I have two dogs.
