We are located within the Snowshoe Highlands International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) Ride Center and Monongahela National Forest, & are now featuring the 27-mile Monday Lick Trail System of single-track bike optimized trails that connect directly to downtown Marlinton. While there is no ski in/out from this location, there is affordable food, country comfort, and you are still only 10 minutes from Top of the World. It is a very unique property and is geared towards regular skiers, bikers, families, and couples. You park right out front, the hot tub is next door, & restaurants and a market just a few minutes away. Any pet must be approved in advance.

Attention all Mountain Bikers - this is your 1BR condo! Conveniently located in Powderidge with an updated mud room including hanging bike storage for 2 bikes. Queen bed in the main bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is complete with full sized amenities (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, air fryer and more)! The outside deck includes a gas grill and patio seating for 4. You won't want to miss the morning sunrise! W/D in unit!
