It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free WiFi, washing machine and parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher. Bedding can be booked on request against a refreshment - then the beds are made the same on arrival. You will also find the Bng. on the side of the Tarnewitzer Hof in Boltenhagen.

Our apartment is located in the small Fährdorf-Hof district, located from the main road, on the island of Poel. In the immediate vicinity is a non-touristy natural coast. The nearest beaches are a few km away by bike/car: Schwarzer Busch approx. 5 km, Gollwitz 6 km, Timmendorf 8 km. The beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar is 13 km away. The apartment with separate entrance has a barbecue area and its own parking space. Note: 2022 is undergoing construction in the village.

The house "Feldrain" is part of a small ensemble of 4 wooden holiday houses with a shared sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. The house offers 4 guests feel-good space with approx. 60 m² (+max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! From July - September only bookable by the week; you are welcome to book our bed linen/towels service.

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m2 Wifi, towels and linens included. Terrace to rest. At Schiffbauerdamm there are two parking spaces. The second one is free. (About 5 minutes away) There are parking meters in front of the house: you can only park for free from 19:00 to 9:00. The train station is 1km.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the sleeping chair can be extended in addition to the comfortable single sofa bed. A cot can also be set up. In the living room, the couch as well as the two armchairs can be converted into two comfortable beds.

Our apartment is located in a listed building in the middle of the historic city center, right next to the park, the Princely Court and the Church of St. Georgen. The entire old town and the harbour are within walking distance. You'll love our apartment because of the coziness, great location, and beautiful views. Our apartment is well suited for families and couples. If necessary, a second apartment next door can be booked.

Comfortable comfort apartment close to the beach

Comfortable holiday apartment, close to the beach (3 minutes walking). Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two young children or a teenager. Kitchen fully equiped with coffee machine, freezer and and and (see under further information the whole equipment list). In the living room and bedroom, good sleep on the box spring beds is predetermined or relax in the rain shower.
