A newly remodeled Carmel cottage 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home, it feels like a comfortably appointed beach house. It has 2 backyard patios with fireplace, fire pit, built in grill and comfortable furniture. You can sit and enjoy the sound of the waves while relaxing. It is a 1 minute walk to Carmel River Beach and just a mile to downtown Carmel, Ocean Avenue, with its unique shops and galleries.

Great S. Salinas neighborhood within walking distance to Old Town. In Old Town you will find great restaurants, places to get a drink, nightlife, and movie theater. Centrally located, 100 miles to San Francisco, 15 miles to Monterey Peninsula (Fisherman's Wharf, Aquarium, Pacific Grove, & Carmel). The unit is brand new. Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

Stay in our Carmel Rustic Cabin along with your dogs (see dog fee below) while shopping, visiting local wineries and restaurants or just walking your dog off-leash along Carmel's white sandy beach. Hidden in the woods, our rustic cabin is like a treehouse with all the amenities and minutes from downtown and the beaches. FYI the coast drive is now accessible between here and LA, but may be shut down during stormy weather, so be sure to follow local weather reports or just call Caltrans.

Our guests frequently describe our space as magical. "Incredibly peaceful and restful with nature all around." We are at the end of a lane, completely private. Our 1800 square foot studio/loft sits on the edge of a canyon and forest. We are 3 miles south of Carmel, off Highway One. Floor to ceiling windows look out onto bird life and to the rocks, seabirds, and sunsets over the Pacific . Sleeps 4, upstairs in loft and downstairs in main room. Used by writers, painters, dancers.
