Hello Warsaw I Stunning Apartment above the Theater

Make your stay in Warsaw an unforgettable one in this elegant, spacious and uniquely decorated apartment. Located in the heart of the city, close to museums, galleries, shopping, restaurants, and the historic Old Town. The decor is chic and whimsical with a theatrical theme, an homage to the historic local theater that is housed in the courtyard below. A perfect place for business travelers, couples, small groups of friends, or theater buffs. You will love the ambiance, light, stylish decor, and peaceful, yet central location. Fast internet (up to 150Mb/s) ideal for online work and Netflix. This charming apartment has lots of character and features two bedrooms with new queen-size beds, a large living room with original fireplace and tufted sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and bathroom with claw-foot tub. There are high ceilings and wooden floors throughout, and a large wardrobe for storage. The decor is chic and whimsical with a theatrical theme, an homage to the historic local theatre that is housed in the courtyard below. A perfect place for business travelers, couples, small groups of friends or theatre buffs. You will love the ambiance, light, stylish decor and peaceful, but central location. I enjoy hosting people from all around the world and have been an Airbnb Superhost for two years at my other Warsaw apartment (‘Apartment Palace of Culture View’ and ‘Charm of Old Warsaw’) I added this property because of its superb location, access to public transport and historic character. If you love theatre and the arts, this is the perfect place for you! Always ready to communicate with the guests. I live in Podkowa Lesna which is about 30 km from Warsaw. I am always on offer and happy to help my guests. My guests can feel free to contact me whenever they need during their stay. I send my mobile number right after I receive a reservation. I'm available on other communication apps too. I'm also ready to arrive to Warsaw if it is required. The apartment is in a building with a small theatre downstairs. Sometimes before a performance it is possible to walk along the red carpet in the courtyard. There is a lot of parking space around the building, especially comfortable along Orla street which is very close. The apartment is located 3 min to the metro station, 4 min to the tram and bus stops. I want my guests' stay in Warsaw to be really exceptional:)

Classy comfortable apt in prime location. Quiet!

Entire vintage apartment walking distance to the main square Rynek and the Wawel Castle. Neighborhood is safe and VERY quiet.Large (over 50m2) and comfortable will easily fit 4 guests. Private parking space in the back of the building available - please ask for clarification. This is a complete well furnished apartment and perfect for longer rentals. Easy to move in and out with electronic lock. Great view from the 4 the floor ( no elevator). Good restaurants and 24 hr store nearby.

Lovely studio apartment in the Old Town district. Recently renovated, 15 minutes from the main Market Square. Very easy to get to from the airport and the train station. The train station can also be reached on foot or by public transport. The proximity of the academic center. Really excellent starting point for 2 who want to have all on your doorstep. Beautiful, freshly renovated apartment in an old tenant house 5 minutes walk from trainstation and 7 minutes walk to the Market Square. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom, room with outstanding view, very comfortable renovated vintage chairs & armchairs and super pleasing bedding! Nearby there are lot of restaurants, pubs, clubs, coffee-houses, shops and of course beautiful architecture of the city.
