This cosy and very bright lit 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated only 18 min walk from the old city centre. Also, the closest beach can be found only 10 mins on foot. In the neighbourhood there are grocery shops, pharmacy and a post office 3 mins away. Parking spot is available free of charge. A/C is located in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, all the bedrooms have celling fans. The apartment is equipped with all the appliances including a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Shop & restaurant 50 m, sandy beach 200 m. 70 m from the centerParking & bus station in front of the house. ..This house is located in the center of Diklo.and so is the beach,across the apartment.the tennis court and the restaurant Taverna 50 M RANGE FROM THE HOUSE, as well as 2 caffes are located within 50m range from the house.the sea and the first beach are located right across the apartment.

The apartment consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area which can comfortably accommodate all of the guests and a living room. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two rooms have two double beds, one room has a single bed, a living room has a sofa which you can stretch. Kitchen has a balcony which is ideal for long summer evenings.
