'Spy The Sea' Polzeath

My sunny home is a short walk down a private road to Polzeath Beach, surf schools and a number of lovely shops & restaurants . You’ll love my place because of the seaviews and open farmland to the rear. There are fantastic walks all around. This property is suited to couples, groups of friends and families. Max 10 please Newly renovated with brand new comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The Summer Shack has 2 large sofabeds, can sleep 2 kids or adults, or just use it as an extra living room.

The house is breath-taking, semi-detached built 2018, part of a development of 8, with prime direct commanding views of the beach, only 200 metres away. It is light and airy, decorated in bright colours, boho-chic in nature. Furnishings and appliances are luxury brands. The house sleeps 6 people in total - 1 king size bedroom, 1 zip and link/super king, and 1 with two single beds. Fully fenced safe garden. Multi-room SKY TV. We are only 200yrd from the South West Coastal Path. Incredible views

The Beach House is a stones throw away from beautiful beaches & close to the town with shops, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. 5 minutes from the 18 hole links golf course & stunning outdoor sea pool. It has an enclosed front garden & sheltered back courtyard with table tennis table. Surfboards are available to rent. Fabulous 5 bed town house, stunning views,parking

Gorgeous, large, light and airy, this house sleeps up to 13 guests. Plenty of room for two families, this property is very light and spacious with high ceilings and a large kitchen. The decor is funky, bright and fun. There are incredible views from the front rooms. Two patio areas. A short downhill walk to town. Close to Porthminster beach IMPORTANT!!
