A stunning almost new one-bedroom apartment with a sauna with a large balcony right next to the center of Rauma, just a stone's throw from the beach and the sea of Otalahti. The house is quiet and guarantees a good night's sleep. For a commuter, this is a cozy, functional tiny home with amenities. It's a short trip to Old Rauma. Its good eateries and coffees and little boutiques are on hand to serve you. An elevator from the ground level brings comfort. A plug-in parking spot in the yard of the house is included in the price.

Welcome to stay in a peaceful and beautiful one-bedroom apartment in Karjranta in Pori. The apartment's balcony overlooks the Kokemäenjoki River. On the other side of the river is a park-like Kirjurinluoto outdoor area with its beaches. In addition to being close to nature, you're just a walk away from downtown services and Shopping Center Puuvilla. The apartment is 50m away from the convenience store. Beach is only 100m away, all the activities (including fat biking, flowpark, stand up paddling and in the wintertime skiing and downhill skiing) only a walk away! Our cottage has all the facilities, including a sauna where you can enjoy the view of the lake! The area offers activities for the whole family - Tampere is only 50km away, Sastamala 16km.

The core of the city home offers easy access to venues and a cozy place to stay in a freshly remodeled apartment. At the end of the day it's wonderful to lose the day's dust in the sauna, and then roll out the bathtub. if necessary, you can use two single beds (90 x 205) instead of a king size bed. Please respect my home! no guests, no strong odours, no party, no smoking, no pets, no escort. please respect my home.

Need a place to stay, would you like a good steam and relaxation in the forest landscapes before bed? We rent a sauna cottage in our yard with a good 160cm wide bed, electricity, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and running cold water. A new puucee completed in the yard in the summer of 2023. Hot tub for an additional 50€ (heated by yourself), agreed upon separately!
