Bright and comfortable apartment

Bright and beautiful apartment in San Andrés. Only 4 minutes from downtown and 8 minutes from Playa Les Teresitas. It has a beautiful view of the village, the sea and the mountains. It has 2 rooms (1 with double bed and another with 2 two single beds, which can be joined together), living-dining room, kitchen, 1 full bathroom with bathtub and 1 toilet. Every room has a balcony outside and with ocean views and Anaga views. The living room is very spacious and has a sofa bed that can sleep a child in. It is a very comfortable apartment.

Elégant et vaste deux pièces, situé au 7ème étage avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan et l'île de la Goméra. Piscine et accès privé à la jolie plage de Playa Paraiso et sa promenade. Un endroit parfait pour passer des vacances en famille, entre amis ou en amoureux. L'immeuble se situe juste en face du célèbre Hard Rock Hotel et son incroyable Rooftop. Toutes commodités dans l'immeuble: bars, coiffeur, massage thai, espaces de travail et gardiens. Restaurants, magasins dans la rue.

Exclusive views on top of the ocean! Dream sunset

Elegant apartment with stunning views to the ocean. Beautiful terrace equipped with sun loungers looming over the ocean. The place is fully equipped with everything you need, full kitchen, and fast wi-fi for those who need to work. There is free street parking nearby. The flat is in quiet residential area and there are few hiking trails nearby with amazing views of the ocean. 5 minutes drive to Puerto. Car is needed as streets around are steep.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

Best views and peaceful atmosphere!!

The house has an excellent location, close to everything (harbour, beach, shops, town center) Los gigantes is a very quiet neighborhood with few special places to visit! Also good place for hiking lovers we have plenty of beautiful routs close by! La casa esta ubicada muy cerca del mar ideal para amantes de deportes acuaticos muy accesibles desde aqui como surf, submarinismo, padel, kayak... y tambien de Bastantes rutas para senderistas!
